A skilled croupier can consistently land a roulette ball in a chosen wheel section if he or she so desires. Section spinning is of course frowned upon by casinos, but that doesn't stop some croupiers from either knowingly or inadvertently hitting sections regularly. The moral of the story...if your dealer looks like they are pretty proficient with that little white ball, don't piss them off!
